support for head and neck cancer survivors and their caregivers as they transition from active care to
survivorship care. The app provides symptom management tips, supports emotional and physical well-being, features peer and provider videos, goal making, nutritional tracking, recipes, and more, with the
goal of easing the transition to a new normal.
